Hoher Besuch: Die Klassen 8a und 8b empfangen ihren american guest

Am Freitag wurden die achten Klassen im Rahmen des Englischunterrichts von einem american native speaker besucht. Die Schüler:innen hatten die Möglichkeit, mit ihrem Besucher ins Gespräch zu kommen und ihm all ihre Fragen zu stellen. Das Ergebnis war ein interessierter Austausch. Eine Schülerin berichtet:

Our American guest
Last Friday, we had a sergeant first class as a visitor in the classes 8a and 8b.
The visitor was very kind, funny and I really liked his accent.
It was nice to meet someone who experienced so many things in his life. We talked about school life in the USA, life at a military base, his military missions and the differences about America and Germany.
He also responded to all our personal questions that we asked.
I think it was a cool experience to meet a sergeant first class.
I hope we will have other guests in our English lessons in the future.
